No bath? Try the magnesium oil with collagen and camphor. Just spray the desired parts of your body, spread and massage into the aching muscles and feel them relax.

The magnesium oil spray is a thermoactive liquid which can speed up your body’s regeneration after heavy physical effort and to relax cramped muscles after a stressful day. It reduces the effects of fatigue and overtraining.

Magnesium oli can be used separately, as massage oil with high magnesium content or as a supplement to magnesium flakes and essential oils therapy. Its strong warming qualities make the skin pores open up which allows the absorption of ingredients.

Magnesium oil contents:

  • Methyl Nicotinate – causes the treated skin to heat up, stimulates blood vessel circulation and increases cellular metabolism,
  • Camphor – warms the skin and acts as an anesthetic while magnesium chloride contained in the oil improves the skin’s firmness and elasticity. It relaxes the body and the mind and helps you sleep better.
  • Collagen – increases the strength and elasticity of connective tissue.

How to use the magnesium oil?

Use it after training or increased physical effort.
Spray the desired parts of the body (thighs, arms, back, feet, knees) sparingly and massage it into the skin. You will thus stimulate microcirculation and speed up cellular metabolism.
The skin will gradually heat up which might cause to redden a little. Not to worry – this will pass several minutes after the massage.
The oil is absorber very quickly, leaving no greasy film on the skin.
Depending on skin type and the amount of oil used, the skin might feel a little sticky. If it is uncomfortable, simply wipe the skin with a damp cloth or rinse with running water. This will not reduce the effects as the oil has already been absorbed.

As is the case with magnesium baths, it should not be used when there are scratches, chaffing and open wounds on the skin. Massaging such skin with magnesium oil may be unpleasant or irritating also if the skin is very dry and cracked. If you accidentally apply treatment to such skin, rinse your body thoroughly with running water. This should bring relief. If unpleasant sensations persist, consult your doctor.
Avoid contact with your eyes, as it may cause unpleasant burning and the reddening of the eyes, difficult to alleviate. If the oil does reach your eyes – rinse them thoroughly with running water and if unpleasant sensations persist, consult your doctor.
Yes. This is an absolutely normal skin reaction, as magnesium has strong heating qualities. The time your skin remains red depends on how sensitive it is. Some people do not experience any unpleasant sensations while others’ skin remains red for several minutes. However, if such sensation does not pass within an hour after usage – you must consult your doctor.
Magnesium flakes contain up to 47% of magnesium, while the oil (which also has camphor, collagen and methyl nicotinate) contains 20%. Also, bathing stimulates the whole body and is the basis of our recommended therapy, while the oil can be applied to selected parts of the body. Another advantage is that oil can be used practically anywhere, anytime – away from home, while travelling or immediately after training.
As is the case with other magnesium products, it is not recommended for pregnant or breast-feeding women or children. Mostly because of strong body heating qualities.
