Essential oils have been used as medicine or relaxation for millennia. That’s because they contain fully natural ingredients which positively affect our physical and mental state.

We offer four types of essential oils. Find out how each of them works:

Eucalyptus oil has a strong stimulating effect and is recommended for soothing the symptoms of rheumatism, arthritis, neuralgia, muscle pain. It also helps cure some of the upper respiratory tract infections. Worth having it handy as it’s also antiseptic, helps fight herpes, tinea and soothes the itching resulting from insect bites.

Orange oil is one of the most popular in aromatherapy. Its sweet scent is soothing, helps with sleeping disorders and anxieties. Simply put – it makes us feel better and reinvigorates us. An added benefit is its disinfecting and skin smoothing quality.

Pine oil soothes the effects of upper respiratory tracts infections, common cold and asthma. Antibacterial and antiviral. When feeling “under the weather” just add a few drops to your bath and keep the illness at bay. It also heats the skin and soothes rheumatic pain.

Lavender oil is the last of our big four. Its biggest attribute is that it greatly helps to relax and calm down after an intense day. It relieves tension, helps fall asleep and is an antidepressant. It also helps to rid the body of toxins and speeds up the regeneration of damaged skin.

How to use essential oils?

You can freely use essential oil for your daily bath. 10-15 drops poured into the warm water stream is enough. You could also add them to your magnesium flakes bath, as the essential oils strengthen the effects of magnesium therapy.
Prior to massage mix 30 drops of a chosen oil with a so called „carrier” oil. Any natural oil will do. While massaging the body remember to direct all movement towards the heart.
This is the most popular form of aromatherapy. A small number of drops poured into a humidifier is enough to have the pleasant scent permeate the apartment, creating a soothing and relaxing environment.

Store the bottle, especially a used one, in a tightly closed container, away from direct sunlight in room temperature. Keep away from children’s reach!
Major recommendation is related to being sensitive to the oil. Moreover, the oils are not recommended for pregnant and breast-feeding women and little children.
If after using essential oils you feel overly sleepy or vice versa, overly agitated, or there are unwanted reactions e.g. skin rash, skin reddening, sneezing, watery eyes – stop using the oils. If the symptoms persist, consult your doctor immediately.
Our oils are 100% natural and are not diluted, hence are very potent. That is why they cannot be applied directly onto the skin. For bathing we recommend pouring a few drops directly into the water stream so that the oil can mix with the water. If using an oil for massage, you should first mix it with a carrier oil.
